Design, development and commissioning of machinery, equipment and metal structures. The development and design of the products is based on a given assignment by the client. Based on this assignment a 3D model of the product is created using specialized CAD software and after discussing with the client the final documentation of the product is created. After that we manufacture the final physical product or machine
For the production of details, machines and units LOGOTECH has the following technological capabilities:
We use a huge array of tools to create 3D models and drawing documentation. Each item is accompanied by a calculation note to ensure the functionality of the product.
For this purpose, the company has a wide range of metalworking machines – universal and CNC – and a team of specialists able to use them.
The company uses a wide range of welding methods for different materials, and for this purpose we have excellent welders with certificates. We successfully apply the well-known standard welding methods.
Based on the requirments of the product we can make different type of coatings like rubber coating, plating, hot dip galvanizing, nitriding and others
Painting of the products at the customer’s request – we use a quick drying primer and alkyd paint specified by the customer with RAL. For specific coatings (such as powder painting), we turn to our partners.
The materials we can work with and process are diverse. From ordinary steel, cast iron, alloy steels, structural steels, non-ferrous metals, stainless metals, special metals for the food or medical industry through ultra-hard metals, plastics, rubber, polyurethanes, wood and others.

Client: KODAK GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS EAD
One of the most prestigious products fully designed and manufactured in LOGOTECH LTD. It was put into operation in KODAK GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS EAD – a total of 4 machines. Machine dimensions H = 6000mm, L = 3500mm, B = 2300mm, mass 8t. The purpose of the machine is to ensure continuous operation of a line for applying a light-sensitive layer to aluminum foil at the beginning and end of the foil roll.
Client: “SICTA”
It is designed and manufactured specifically for SICTA. It’s purpose is to test castings made by the plant. The test casting is placed in the machine and pneumatic cylinders seal the holes in it. The whole casting is then submerged under water and inflated with air. Then workers visually check for cracks in the casting.
